Individual Therapy
Crosby provides individual in-person and telehealth therapy services for individuals 12 and up.
Crosby utilizes an eclectic approach tailored to meet each individual client’s needs. Crosby utilizes techniques from the following theories: mindfulness, internal family systems (IFS), attachment-based, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mind-body techniques, motivational interviewing, brainspotting, play therapy techniques and person-centered techniques.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Crosby provides individual and group DBT sessions for adolescents and adults.
DBT is a comprehensive, evidence-based therapy that focuses on strengthening emotion regulation skills, interpersonal effectiveness skills, and distress tolerance.
DBT has proven to be effective in treating and managing a range of mental health conditions including: borderline personality disorder (BPD), anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal behaviors, substance use disorders, and Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Crosby leads DBT groups with Jordan Brockhoff of J. Brockhoff Therapy Services.
